GIFT VOUCHERS
These are available for all treatments and products and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. They can be purchased from My Spa directly or through one of our nationwide Agents and can be delivered by post or courier as required. When using your gift voucher, please inform receptionist when making your appointment.
ARRIVAL
To ensure we have you ready for the My Spa experience, we request you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
WHAT TO WEAR
Depending on your chosen service / treatment, you will be informed of appropriate attire at time of booking.
MOBILE PHONES
For the comfort of all guests, My Spa treatment areas have been designated mobile phone free. For any urgent messages please arrange with reception to be paged.
HEALTH
Depending on individual medical conditions, this may influence the treatments you are able to choose from. Please inform us at the time of booking, if you have a medical condition which requires medical supervision and fill out the My Spa consultation form to help us recommend a treatment suitable to your condition.
PREGNANCY
During the first trimester of pregnancy, some treatments are not recommended. When booking your treatment, please make reception staff aware if you are pregnant.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
The minimum age for My Spa guests is 16, unless accompanied by an adult. For further information, speak to reception staff.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to secure your booking, you will be required to provide your credit card details at time of booking. Cancellation / rescheduling of appointment requires 24 hours notice in order to avoid being charged 25% of the fee. If you fail to cancel, or to turn up for your appointment, you incur a 50% cancellation fee which will be charged to your credit card.
